Tip-Edge brackets

Tip-Edge brackets are designed in such a way as to allow the teeth to tip freely during the first stages of treatment and this can speed up the rate of tooth movement. This is particularly advantageous for patients who have deep overbites or large overjets at the start of treatment. Adjustments of this appliance can be a little more complicated but for certain patients, it is worth it.

Due to the higher cost of these brackets and the extra time needed to adjust them, we are not able to offer them to NHS patients at the present time.
