Our fee policy All consultation fees, missed appointment fees and fees for repairs/replacements to be paid on the day of the appointment. You will always receive a written summary of the treatment options we discuss, the likely progress of treatment and the costs of treatment. We have a consumer credit license so treatment fees may be paid in one payment when treatment starts (attracting a discount of up to £200), in three equal payments at 6 month intervals, or by standing order over a period up to 18 months. If the latter option is chosen an initial payment of not less than £400 will be required to cover the cost of diagnostic and preparatory work, and materials. All payments are interest free. In the rare event of changes to a treatment plan, we will keep you fully informed and provide a written summary of any changes, including changes to costs. We accept cheques, major credit cards, debit cards and cash. |
