We are justifiably very proud of our very high standards of care and the excellent treatment results achieved for NHS treatments in our Centres. All our patients benefit from
However, please note that we do work within the NHS rules and regulations for treatment in order to apply for funding for each individual treatment. This can in some cases mean a short delay before treatment commences which is out of our control. We ask that patients work with us to ensure treatment proceeds efficiently and effectively, and to keep all appointments made for them. Inevitably, these appointments will be within school hours. We do charge patients for missed appointments, and also for any lost appliances. Although some repairs to damaged appliances may be covered by the NHS, we may also have to charge for consistent breakages due to misuse or carelessness. There are some concessions allowed for patients who are exempt from NHS charges. |
