Dr Blunden qualified as a dental surgeon in 1981 from the University of Wales, Cardiff. After two hospital posts she worked in general practice in Kingswood for 7 years. She then returned to Cardiff for 3 years post-graduate orthodontic training. Since then, she has worked as a Specialist Orthodontist in Bristol. She currently works three days a week at the Kingswood Orthodontic Centre.
