Elastics
These are used to progress or complete treatment and ensure a good
result. They should be worn as shown by your orthodontist:
- You should wear them all the time except whilst cleaning
your teeth.

- You should be able to eat with them in (although you may
take them out at first if you cannot cope - please try to keep
them in though)
|
- You should change your elastics once a day, and replace them
straight away if they break.
|
- If you run out of elastics please do contact us or ring us
and we will send you some more. Alternatively, just pop
in when the practice is open and ask one of our receptionists
for some more.
