Its our policy at Bristol Orthodontics to keep waiting down to a minimum - or even zero, whether patients are referred for NHS or private treatment, or whether they would just like to explore the options for treatment. Although we receive more referrals than any other practice in the area, we also have the manpower to effectively manage this demand and cope with the fluctuations.

Treatment is also usually started within 1 month privately and 2 months under the NHS, i.e. we do not operate a policy of seeing new patients quickly and then leaving them on a "treatment waiting list".
